Chalk It Up is finally here! The Art & Soul Gallery is happily hosting the annual Chalk It Up sidewalk chalk art contest during this year’s Fall Feastival! Come see artists share their artistic flair in the outdoor air on the pavement! Be sure to get your pamphlet from the Art & Soul Gallery, equipped with a handy dandy map and voting ballot!
